Takshashila University hosted a special observance of World Commerce Day on August 17, 2026, organised by the School of Commerce at the Multipurpose Hall, bringing together the Chief guest Mrs. Sathyapriya Chidambaram, Director, Luxentra Private Limited, along with faculty members and students, to celebrate the spirit of trade, innovation, and enterprise under the theme “Innovate, Integrate, Inspire.”

Takshashila University commemorated India’s Independence Day on 15 August 2026, bringing together students and faculty in a spirit of patriotism, unity, and national pride.
