Models-That-Defend the-Nation

Introduction :

The Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, under the School of Social Sciences, proudly organized TAKSHASTRA ’26, an Inter-College Competition and Expo, on 13 February 2026 at 11:00 AM. Centered on the theme “Models That Defend the Nation,” the event was conceived with theobjective of fostering innovation, strategic thinking, and academic excellence in the field of national security and defence studies.

By bringing together students from various institutions, TAKSHASTRA ’26 provided a dynamic platform to examine contemporary defence challenges, promote research-driven solutions, and inspire young minds to contribute meaningfully to nation-building and national development.

Fostering Innovation in Defence and Nation – Building :

Takshashila University was conceptualized to promote innovation, strategic analysis, and research-oriented learning in the field of national security and defence studies.
