Introduction :

Takshashila University, in collaboration with the Indian Medical Association, Villupuram, organized the Emotional Wellness & Resilience Program on March 12 and 13, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall. The initiative aimed to promote emotional well-being and mental resilience among students by creating awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy mind in both academic and personal life. The program was organized by the Faculty of Management and Commerce and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
