Dr. A. Suphalakshmi is an esteemed academic leader with over two decades of experience in technical education, research, and institutional development. As the Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, she provides visionary leadership to drive academic excellence and foster innovation in engineering education.

Dr. Suphalakshmi began her academic journey with a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Salem. She went on to complete her M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Annamalai University, Chidambaram, and earned her Ph.D. in Medical Image Processing from MIT, Anna University, Chennai, in 2011. Her academic credentials reflect her dedication to continuous learning and advanced research.

With a strong research portfolio, Dr. Suphalakshmi has published 43 papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. She is also an innovator with three patents to her credit, showcasing her commitment to advancing technology. Her active participation in over 100 workshops, seminars, and conferences underscores her passion for professional growth and knowledge sharing.
