With greater emphasis being placed on students at an early stage, India has a great chance at producing inventive young minds that can transform dreams into reality.
Mr. D. Rajarajan
Rajarajan Dhanasekaran trained as a computer systems engineer before expanding into higher education administration, digital automation, and techno-entrepreneurship. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering with Business Management at the University of Birmingham, UK, blending advanced technological expertise with a formal grounding in global corporate strategy. As the Pro-Chancellor of Takshashila University and Treasurer of the SMV Group, he actively spearheads institutional growth, multi-disciplinary academic strategy, and cloud-native digital infrastructure across a vast ecosystem of premier institutions.
Dr. Nila Priyadharshini Dhanasekaran
Pro-Chancellor
Dr. Nila Priyadharshini Dhanasekaran trained as a physician before moving into university and hospital administration. She completed her medical degree at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research and later pursued a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and innovation at Lancaster University, combining clinical training with a formal grounding in business strategy.

It is a matter of immense pleasure for me to be a part of the Takshashila University family as a Vice Chancellor. I take this opportunity of welcoming students coming from all parts of the world, joining the university in journey towards Excellence. We believe in: “Lifelong Learning”. Our motto is: “Creating the Leaders of Tomorrow”, hence we prepare today’s students to meet the challenges for tomorrow by showing them right path by delivering quality education and developing the young minds with ethical and moral values, while boosting their leadership qualities, research culture and innovative skills.
