Takshashila University Implements AI-Powered QR-Based Smart Attendance System
Takshashila University has successfully implemented an AI-Powered QR-Based Smart Attendance System at its School of Allied Health Sciences (AHS), reinforcing its commitment to digital innovation in higher education.
The advanced system enhances traditional attendance management by integrating attendance analytics, automated reporting, predictive insights, and anomaly detection, enabling data-driven academic administration and improved operational efficiency.
This milestone reflects the University’s vision of creating a smart, technology-enabled campus through the effective adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
The initiative was successfully developed and implemented by Dr. Sridevi PC, Noorrani M, Anbu J, Srikanth V, Gowtham M, Harish EA, Dhanushya M, and Sangavi U, whose dedication and collaborative efforts made this achievement possible, further strengthening Takshashila University’s culture of innovation and excellence.

The Medical Education Unit (MEU), Takshashila Medical College, organized a faculty development session on “Overview of Learning Domains, Teaching–Learning Methods” and “Lesson Plan – Preparation and Implementation,” led by Prof. Dr. G.
