B.A. Defense and Strategic Studies is a three year program with a comprehensive education in the principles and practices of national defense and strategic studies, as well as advanced knowledge and skills in specialized areas of defense and strategic studies.

Syllabus

The syllabus of B.A. Defense and Strategic Studies consists of Fundamentals of war and peace, Strategic study of India, Science & technology and weapons, Military history of India, World military history, Fundamentals of national security, political geography, Strategic geography, Remote sensing, Nuclear proliferation.

Program Outcomes

The program is interdisciplinary, drawing on various fields such as political science, international relations, military history, and more. The curriculum covers topics such as national security policy, military strategy, counter-terrorism, intelligence analysis, international relations, and more.
