Takshashila University was filled with creativity as the Media, Arts, and Photography Club organized a vibrant Memes and Photography Competition on 13.09.2013.  The event, aimed at showcasing the artistic talents of students, witnessed enthusiastic participation from various departments. The competition received an overwhelming response, with students submitting a diverse collection of memes and photographs. These entries reflected not only humor and creativity but also deep insights and perspectives, showcasing the immense talent present within the university community.

The highlight of the event was the felicitation ceremony, where the distinguished The Hon’ble Dr. Vivek Inder Kochhar Vice Chancellor of our University, The Hon’ble Dr R Senthil Registrar, Dr R Subramaniyan the Dean SET and Dr S Deepa the Dean SAS, faculties. The Vice-Chancellor, in his address, commended the efforts of the participants and emphasized the importance of creativity in education. During the prize distribution ceremony, The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor personally handed out prize to the winners. The winners’ expressions ranged from joy to pride as they were recognized for their exceptional work. The Hon’ble Registrar, Deans, and faculties also joined in applauding the winners and participants for their outstanding contributions. 

Through the Memes and Photography Competition, students were able to showcase their original ideas and creativity. With the help of committed faculty members, the Media, Arts, and Photography Club successfully planned an event that pushed students’ creative limitations and allowed them to think creatively and unconventionally. Takshashila University is dedicated to developing talent and creating a lively artistic environment on campus, and it takes pride in the accomplishments of its students.
